ORDERING

How to order a product
When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to basket". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "Proceed to checkout" to be led through the checkout process.

How will I know if my order was succesfull

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@sinners.hr to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

How can I cancel my order

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@sinners.hr as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.

If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact info@sinners.hr immediately so we can try to rectify your details. Please quote your order number in the email subject line to speed the process up.

If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you may be able to return your order in accordance with our returns policy. Click here for information on our returns policy.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.

I have a missing item from my order

An order form is included in every parcel sent from our distribution centre, please check the order form to ensure there are no items missing from the list.

If an item you have ordered is missing from the packing list, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us via email at info@sinners.hr immediately with the following information:

- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)

Our support team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

All missing item claims must be made within 3 days of the delivery date of your order. 

Order notes

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding CRO Bank Holidays.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

I have received an incorrect item in my order

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes.

Please contact info@sinners.hr via email and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

What service do you ship with

We use Croatian Post as our courier for Croatia. We offer a DPD & GLS service to countries outside the Croatia along with a tracked service which will be carried across countries by various couriers. You will be notified of these couriers once you have placed your order.

How long will it take to get my order

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Croatia will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours.

How do I track my order

In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your despatch confirmation email.

Click the tracking number and it will take you to the tracking link.

Can I return my product

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.


RETURNS &REFUNDS

What is your returns policy

You can return unworn purchases via post only, within 15 days of receiving your item.

Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items after this time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do I have to pay for returns

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a free returns service to customers. This is stated on our Returns page.

Can I return a sale item

Items purchased during a sale period are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

How long will my refund take

Bank refunds will take up to 10 working days to clear, but we will disclaim that it can take up to 20 days in an exceptional circumstance.

PayPal refunds typically clear in 1-2 working day, but may take longer as they are subject to reviews by PayPal.

Can I use more than one discount offer

Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Only one discount code can be used per order.
